Samsung’s new, highly portable e-book reader, dubbed “Papyrus“, will be available in Korea in June 2009 and in the UK and North America sometime later (likely within several months).

Unfortunately this new device lacks wireless capabilities and has no keyboard functionality, so it may have a tough time competing with Amazon’s new Kindle 2, although the Papyrus is more portable and cheaper.
